Brinkmann Gynaecology

Welcome to Brinkmann Gynaecology

Service update during Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak

Across the country, every person, every family and every organisation is adapting to the new realities of life in the UK.  Due to new clinical guidance and part of Spire Hospital’s long-standing partnership, more resource will now be dedicated to the NHS.  This means that most surgical treatments are being suspended except for cancer patients or those with suspected cancer.

Outpatient appointments are currently unaffected and will be run as normal.

Service to patients with cancer or suspected cancer will currently run as normal

All patients will be asked to be screened on entering the hospital.  For more on this and visitor access to the hospital, please click here.

We will keep the position under review and contact current patients if anything changes.

Vulnerable patients

All non-clinically urgent procedures for patients in the ‘vulnerable’ category are postponed.  Click here for more detailed explanation of vulnerable groups or contact us directly if you have any questions or concerns. If you are concerned about not attending your scheduled appointment, telephone consultations can be undertaken on request.

Telephone consultations

In this unprecedented situation, I am very conscious that some of you may have concerns about visiting the hospital in person.  Whilst this time of instability and concern continues, I am pleased to offer telephone consultations if requested. Please contact us for more information.
